  • Stuffed Chile Poblano : Choice of minced beef, cheese, or vegetables
  • Passion Fruit Aguachile : Shrimps and/or local fish, marinated in a special blend of lemons, chilly, and passion fruit. Served with tortilla chips and crackers.
  • Fish or Shrimp tacos : Grilled on tampura battered and fried shrimp or fish, served with corn tortillas, and specially made salsas.
  • Fajitas : Grilled beef or chicken with sauted bell peppers and onions. Served with flour tortillas, pico de gallo, salsas.

  • Selection of Samosas : Handmade samosas of cheese, spiced potato, peas and chicken. Served with a choice of mint and cilantro or mango chutney.
  • Vegetable Pakora : Vegetables fried in a chickpea flour butter with spices. Served with a selection of chutneys.
  • Chicken Seekh Kebab : Minced chicken marinated in spices and grilled. Served with homemade garlic and butter naan. Spicy!

Main Course :

  • Butter Chicken : Tender cubes of marinated chicken, covered in a rich creamy sauce with strong hints of ginger and fenugreek.
  • Lamb Vindaloo : Marinated lamb covered in a tangy and spicy sauce prepared with a blend of roasted spices and chillies. Very spicy!
  • Vegetable Korma : Seasonal vegetables covered in a creamy and coconut-based sauce made with freshly toasted spices including garam masala.
